The Durand Family, like all other families in Champs Les Sims have no descriptions, and they all have the hidden French culture trait. Laurant and Beatrice are husband and wife, apparently orchardists, and they are the only members of their family tree. They live in The Lavendar House at 25 Cedar Point. There is a crib in their house, suggesting they are ready to start a family. There is a tomb located on their lot that looks like a large barn.
