'''Elliot Nest''' is a pre-made Sim, living in [[Roaring Heights]]. His biography states that he has always been on the side of good who can’tcan't stand crime, and is now investigating the suspicious manner in which [[Michael Dandy]] amassed his fortune. Despite knowing and being suspicious of Michael Dandy, the two do not know each other at the start of the game.

Elliot is currently employed in the [[Law Enforcement]] career as a Vice Squad. He starts with 5 skill points in [[Athletic (skill)|Athletic]]. Outside of his home, he is friends with the local mailman [[Clifford Moore]] and babysitter [[Catherine Kramer]]. He is also acquainted with [[May West]], [[Samantha Cassat]], [[David Morgan]], local townie [[Margaret Lewis]], [[Clark Houveir]] and his boss. He is a reference to [[wikipedia:Eliot Ness|Eliot Ness]], an American detective. They have very similar names and appearances. He may also be a reference to Joseph Shea (AKA Carl Hanratty), the FBI detective from Catch Me If You Can, as his rivalry with [[Michael Dandy]] is similar to Carl's rivalry with Frank Abagnale, Jr.
