Hiring employees is pretty simple as players can hire employees from the [[Owned Businesses Panel|Business Panel]], under the button "Manage Employees". The button will open up a window showing two types of categories for Sims, Sims employed for the business and Sims available for hire.
On each tab for Sims it will showcase a picture of the Sim themselves, and underneath will show their skills needed for the job and how much they have in their skill.
