One is that in her information on the right, you have put mother and father but you don't need to do that. It should be <Sim> and <Sim> not <Sim> (father) and <Sim> (mother). From your game, press Print Screen button (it's next to Scroll Lock in your Windows QWERTY keyboard) and do not copy anything else. Get a painting program and paste the image. You get the screenshot with the UI.
