*He is reference to 呼兰大侠(Hulan hero/Hulan outlaw), A urban legend of the Northeast China in the 1980s. The story is about a killer who killed over 50 corrupt cops and thier family members by one shot/stabbed overnight, then disappeared. Someone believe that this story is completely fictional, someone said it's real but actually not so dramatic.
