Amie is described as a very kind and sweet young woman and she is often described as kind, elegant, shy, and sophisticated, as well as a hopeless romantic and a bit childish. At first, she is seen as a little naive and insecure as a result of being sheltered for most of her life away from her family and also as a result of adapting herself in the Realm of the Humans. She's fiercely loyal to her grandmother and has to live with the rule of not going back to the Ocean. She is really talented and even though she is a mermaid she has the most beautiful voice in Sunlit Tide as well with the talent of playing multi instruments efficiently and fluently. She loves animals and she has a small dog named Sophia and a cat named Henry. She is in love with Louis, a popular surfer boy. What heshe doesn't know is that he also likes her.
