Ava began to embrace her identity as a lesbian more and more, and would see Cassandra often to hang with, chat with and go on dates. Eventually, they became girlfriends when Ava visited Cassandra's family.
===Adulthood===
On her young adult birthday, her parents through a rocking party for her at the Cozy Family Home. Ava had a wonderful time with her family, friends and girlfriend that ended with Cassandra proposing to Ava, and Ava agreed.
Ava decided to turn her passion for animals into her job and took on a 25.000 § credit to buy a vet clinic in Brindleton Bay. While the loan put her into a lot of dept, she did not regret taking the step to become her own boss and treat the animals she so loved.
Eventually, she asked her fiancée Cassandra to move in, and the two began to work in the vet clinic together.
However, Ava soon realised that the house was getting too cramped and that she wanted her own space, and so her and Cassandra decided to move to Brindleton Bay - which was also a smart move because they'd be closer to the vet clinic.
Not long after they had moved to Brindleton Bay, Ava learned from her mother that her father had cheated on her, and immediately offered her mother to move in with her and her fiancée.
Just as her mother had settled in, Ava received the news that her father had died from freezing, making her a half-orphan.
