Bella, ten years old, was first mentioned by Lily, described to be a ''really nice girl''. She was in same age with Jean and Leona. Jean and Leona's first meeting with her was on the school bus where she greet them nicely and they promptly had nice conversation with her. Both Jean and Leona promptly like her due to her nice and gentle personality. Bella also introduced Jean and Leona to everyone in school including her big brother Michael, their senior Kaylynn Langerak, and Mortimer Goth, who acting coldly toward the Redfield twins.
Bella and her family later attended the Goth's feast party. When Leona and Mortimer went into a fight, Bella and Jean tried to stop them. The fight eventually stopped by Gunther Goth, Mortimer's father who later scolded and punished him.

Four Years later, Bella, now 16 years old, lived just like other ordinary teenagers. Bella was once elected as the prom queen alongside Mortimer Goth. They eventually dating and became a couple and even had their first kiss, this made Bella often teased by Darlene.
