Bella eventually gives birth to [[Alexander Goth]] when the game later progresses.

By the time the storyline has caught up to ''[[The Sims 2]]'', Bella has disappeared via [[alien abduction]] only to realise later that it was because of [[Don Lothario]] and the [[Caliente Sisters]]. When Alexander grows into a teen, Bella returns to Waterside, after a series of counselling and therapy, and hides her identity by going under the name "Stella Roth" and by altering her appearance so her mysterious disappearance doesn't come to light to the [[Caliente Sisters]] & [[Don Lothario]]. Bella rents an apartment and finds the extremely run-down Holly May from her Castaway Survival, and takes her in as a roommate. After the [[Caliente Sisters]] & [[Don Lothario]]'s karma, Bella marries [[Morty Roth]] and they have 2 children, Sandra and Xander, based of her original offspring: Cassandra and Alexander. Bella's identity is never fully recovered to the rest of Waterside.

According to [[Mambo Loa]], Bella is not good at keeping secrets. She is looking to sell her home (the [[Espiritu Estate]]) which she despises a lot because it is haunted by three scary ghosts ([[Emily Emory]], [[Nervous Subject]], and Dennis Philips, one of [[Hazel Dente]]'s previous husbands). She sells her home for all the money that the player has. Bella is seeking therapy and counseling due to her recent interview given for [[The Sims 2]].
