When Betty became an adult, she met PlantSim Billy Wolf, employed in the Gamer career. They fell in love and started dating. Billy did not know her aspiration was Romance, and proposed to her. She accepted, and the two married in a private wedding. Betty then cheated on Billy with a rich sim named Daniel Morrow. Billy caught her cheating, and they divorced. Betty and Daniel were in love and married after Billy and Betty's divorce was finalized. Betty then fell pregnant. Daniel was a rich CEO. Daniel was fed up with their arguments and divorced Betty. Daniel knew of her pregnancy. Betty gave birth to daughter May Abbott-Morrow. Betty then met Cameron Eaton, a poor working-class sim who was the opposite of Daniel. They began dating and Cameron was very desperate, and proposed to Betty. Betty was pregnant with Cameron's baby at the time, and she needed a father for May and the unborn child, so she accepted. She then fell off of a chair while pregnant, causing Betty to suffer a miscarriage. Betty was very depressed afterward, and, while depressed, married Cameron. Betty didn't like being married to Cameron, and divorced him. Betty then met Graham Parrish, an accountant. Betty was desperate and married Graham in a private ceremony. Graham was EXTREMELY good-looking, and Betty married him because of Betty's desperation, and his looks and money. Graham then cheated on Betty, as he too was a romance sim. He cheated on her with a woman named Lana, previous Miss Desiderata Valley. Betty and Graham divorced, and Graham married Lana. Betty now had four failed marriages. She was still searching for Mr. Right. Betty was picky, so Mr. Right had to be good-looking (she didn't care about intelligence) and a good step-father. Betty met Quentin Beard, a writer and poet. He was very shy and had the knowledge aspiration, while Betty was outgoing and had the romance aspiration. The two became engaged shortly afterward, and Quentin did not know of Betty's four previous marriages. Betty then fell pregnant with Quentin's baby. Quentin and Betty married, and were happy together, differing from Betty's previous marriages. Quentin was not rich, and went broke during Betty's eighth month of pregnancy. Betty needed a man with money, and she needed excitement in her life. So she had an affair with previous husband Daniel. Before the start of the affair, Betty gave birth to second daughter Tanya Beard. Betty carried on with the affair for 4 months, as Quentin earned more money. The affair ended when Betty fell pregnant with Daniel's child. She broke up with him and gave birth to third daughter Tiffany Beard. She pretended it was Quentin's baby but told him the truth when Tiffany was three days old. Quentin was horrified and divorced Betty. Betty then met Samuel Duran, a fast food shift manager.  Samuel loved her with all of his heart and proposed to her.  She accepted. They married only two days after, and Betty fell pregnant two months later. She suffered a second miscarriage, and found out it was twins afterward. She wanted a baby very badly, and got pregnant. She gave birth to her fourth daughter Paris Duran. Betty broke up with Samuel because of their arguments, and Betty became an elder after. Betty then adopted a cat, Jumbles, whom Betty loved. Betty is now lonely, but has Tanya, Tiffany, Paris and May. After her parents' divorce, Paris changed her name to Duran-Abbott. All of Betty's ex-husbands are deceased, as they all were a lot older than Betty.
