The premade version of adult Cassandra and her family can be found in The Sims 2's Pleasantview neighbourhood. Cassandra first appeared in the very first episode of PleasantView titled 'Wedding Plans' which was released on July 5, 2016.

Cassandra Goth was born on February August 28, 1982, in Old Town. She meet her best friend Mary-Sue Pleasant <span style="cursor:help;" title="The Sim's original family name/surname, given at birth">née</span> Oldie at her Elementary School during the late 1980's. Cassandra met her first love Don Lothario in 1998 and then met her crush Darren Dreamer in 2010. She's the daughter of Mortimer and Bella Goth and a sibling to Alexander Goth.
 
Cassandra went to Sim State University in 2000 and returned to her family in 2004 after her graduation. In 2014 Don Lothario proposed to Cassandra and set their Wedding date on September 15, 2016. During their wedding ceremony Don ran out on Cassandra due to personal reasons. Since then Cassandra is still suffering from his actions but since his disappearance she slowly started to forget about her failed wedding.
