===Babyhood===
Born to Bryan and Francesca Vargheim alongside his twin sister Jean, Charlie was a healthy baby who was not afraid to scream in order to get attention. Fortunately, Charlie eventually grew out of that stage, growing into a more mature child.
===Childhood===
As soon as Charlie had become old enough, Charlie was enrolled into the local school. At first he did not do as well as his parents would've liked, but as the year progressed, Charlie began to do better, until he got onto the honour roll. This pleased his parents so that they bought him a monkey bar set to play on.
During this time, Charlie's mother became pregnant with another baby. When it was discovered that it was a ''pair'' developing within her womb frightened young Charlie, who was afraid something might happen to her. However, the pregnancy went smoothly, and his younger sisters, Tatiana and Mariana, were born. While he was relieved when he found out that nothing bad happened, he was still a bit worried about being an ''older'' brother, instead of just being Jean's ''twin'' brother.
==Personality==
Charlie is a really cheerful young person who strives to excel in school, never failing to complete his homework. That said, he also loves playing in the local park with his siblings and friends. Being the only boy in the family, he sometimes feels a bit isolated, but he easily overcomes that loneliness with his many friends.
