David Starr (commonly referred to as Davy by his wife) is a sim living in Monte Vista with his wife, Bessie, and their daughters. He is also the absent father of Justine Schwarz. He and his family lead an idyllic lifestyle, as he is happily married and best friends with all his and Bessie's daughters. David and his family reside in a mansion at 732 Bella Vista Drive.

Early Life
David's early life remains a mystery to many. All that is known is that he grew up in Sunset Valley. Like his children, David showed exceptional artistic talent from a young age, and would grow up to become a great painter and guitar player.

Teen Years
In high school, David met a woman by the name of Robyn Schwarz. David fell her fast and hard, and the two began a passionate relationship. However, he grew suspicious of Robyn. From the beginning, she was very secretive of their relationship. One day, David discovered that she was cheating on him with his classmate, Nelson Harvey. David immediately broke things off. He tried to warn Nelson of her cheating, but he had succumbed to Robyn's charm and didn't believe him. Nelson would continue to date Robyn for 8 more years, before he learned of her affair.

The next school year, David transferred to another high school. Unbeknown to him, Robyn was keeping a big secret.

Young Adulthood
David relocated to Monte Vista to pursue a career in business, and soon met and fell in love with a woman named Bessie. After just a year, the two were married. The birth of their daughter, Trudy, followed a couple years after.

David really began to foster his talents as a painter and a guitar player, and tried to teach Trudy the arts. However, she was more interested in athletics. Around this time, he and Bessie had a second daughter, Eunice.

Adulthood
In his adulthood, David and Bessie had one more daughter together, Edith. By this time, David and his family had accumulated riches. They moved to a small mansion on Bella Vista Drive.

David and Bessie began to give Eunice extra attention, as she fostered an interest in the arts.

Elder Years
By now, all of David and Bessie's children were grown. Their marriage was still going strong, and David had job security. However, Eunice became financially independent on them. She dropped out of college, and couldn't find any full-time work. However, they just couldn't kick their daughter out on to the streets; they let her stay.

David got a shocking surprise one day. He ran into Robyn, his high-school "girlfriend", who was now with her boyfriend, Cale. They visited on vacation. Robyn decided to tell the truth and told David he had a daughter, Justine. It was a shock at first; he even got into a little fight with his wife over it. While they did manage to solve it and make up, David got in touch with her, and she flew up to visit. He discovered he was a grandparent, to her daughter, Starr! They actually got along and were welcomed back anytime.

David passed away at 87. He was survived by his wife Bessie, and four daughters.
