===Backstory===

Dee Dee was born in the mid 1950's to Scott & Diane Budgins. From a very early age, Dee Dee had always shown an interest in music. At age 5, Dee Dee could play the piano, at age 7, she could play the violin and at age 10, Dee Dee wrote her first song. Dee Dee left school in 1973 to study music at university. In 1977, Dee Dee left university and set out to come a teacher. She moved to Twinbrook to teach music at [[Stary Community School]]. Dee Dee became a much-loved teacher by the students. In 2016, when Dee Dee became 63, she retired, but still comes into the school every now and then to see how the students are doing and to help out the music classes.
