Heir to the powerful Goth family, Mortimer Goth is on the fast track to inheriting his powerful family's possessions thanks to his position as sole heir to the Goth fortune. The feud with the Altos and Landgraabs wreak havoc on his parents Gunther and Cornelia, who struggle to prevent the parasitic Altos from gaining progress in their agenda to gain control of Sunset Valley. The Landgraabs, of course, make things even worse. Mort, however, is luckily able to lead some semblance of a normal, down-to-earth life for now thanks to his friendship with Bella Bachelor. The boy enjoys simpler things in life, though the closer he comes to Bella, the more his father tries to teach him the importance of accepting powerful gifts and wealth.
