Yet she feared her beautiful face could wither with time and she wanted to avoid this frightful scenario. She heard the tale of the magical rejuvenating waters from Hidden Springs and began to search it actively. And when she found those, her greedy daughter did not appreciate the idea that her mother could outlive her and decided to eliminate this possibility. Definitely.

But when she learnt that the latter found magical rejuvenating waters in Hidden Springs, Ursanne realized that Gorgonie would become immortal and therefore outlive her, obliterating her chances of inheriting her money. Ursanne therefore decided she had to avoid this scenario at all costs, even if it involved death.
