==Biography==
Eliqua Phelps was born to Elique and Jordan Phelps in 1989. Eliqua was a very spunky child and very smart, that was until she was dropped into foster care by Elique in 1994. Eliqua's grades dropped and she almost dropped out of school. When Eliqua refused to turn up to school one day, the foster system needed some motivation to get her out the house. They called Elique and asked her to come back. Elique arrived at the foster care system and visited her daughter.
