Line 39: Eliqua lives alone in her flat. ==Biography== ===Birth & Education=== Eliqua Phelps was born to Elique and Jordan Phelps in 1989. Eliqua was a very spunky child and very smart, that was until she was dropped into foster care by Elique in 1994. Eliqua's grades dropped and she almost dropped out of school. When Eliqua refused to turn up to school one day, the foster system needed some motivation to get her out the house. They called Elique and asked her to come back. Elique arrived at the foster care system and visited her daughter. Melanie Vulner was born to <span style="background-color:rgba(243,168,163,0.458824);">Darren and Penny Vulner</span> in 1990. Eliqua was a bubbly and talkative child, she did very well at school, however did not make up for her intellectual skill in logic. ===Kidnapping=== Melanie was kidnapped from her school by a family friend, who told her her family had died in a car crash. Melanie believed this and moved in with the family friend. The family friend needed to remove all connections she had to the Vulner's, and renamed Melanie "Eliqua Phelps."
