Frankie was born November 16th, 2000 in [[Sunset Valley]], [[SimNation]] to 28 year old [[Fanon:Staci Jackson|Anastacia Williams]] and 30 year old [[Fanon:Harlow Jackson|Harlow Jackson]]. Harlow, her father, joined the [[Military#The_Sims_3|Military]] and her mother, Staci, joined the [[Medicine#The_Sims_3|Medical]] career as a Organ Donor.<br>
By the time she was three, they soon moved to Twinbrook. Seeing that there where more career choices and cultural diversity than Sunset Valley they thought of it as a place that their little Frankie would have a better life at and not be so close minded.
