The Internal Affairs Bureau (IAB) is a unit that investigates potential misconduct, either protocol violation or criminal acts, within the Moonlight Bay Police Department. One of the main purposes of the bureau is in effect, to "police" the employees of the department.

The IAB was hired by Mayor Jacobs and Jacobs is handling IAB. Jacobs was hired Captain Kozen and He is demoted to Lieutenant for good reason so Jacobs is finally found her name is Captain Howton from 55th Precinct, who put the paper to Captain Coalfield was temp captain from IAB's command was Captain Heartstone. Jacobs try figure it out who can handles investigate officers and detectives.

Mayor Jacoba is transferred to assign to 41 precinct as Captain. so his dicimary committee says talk to IAB Captain Stephanie Hardin.

Stephanie told Committee that she willingly leave the office to turn her gun and her badge in May 2020. now Mayor Hardin says Captain DeNoon is manage to investigate officers and detectives.
