Kallistrata is a powerful psyker just like Kallisto, whose rumors led to the actual interest and development of the said abilities. Kallistrata specializes in telepathy and other mind manipulations, having successfully telepathically persuaded a Unicorn and having weakened the already feeble psychic resistances of several sims to facilitate usage of more intrusive psychic abilities.
