She tried unsuccessfully to contact him and to let him into her sons' lives. He never contacted back. By this time, she took a full-time job to distract herself. She worked in the Film career track, making a name for herself. She became a broadwayBroadway starlet, accumulating wealth and fame.

Even though she became an Elder, she continued to work on Broadway. It was her dream. Her old broken heart had healed to the best of its ability.
