Kevin is a serial killer who terrorized Pleasantview and already killed five people, spreading terror in the town. He is revealed to be the son of [[Fanon:Tom Virgil|Tom Virgil]], who also a serial killer.
He is boyfriend of [[Fanon:Joanna Delgado|Joanna Delgado]], who later became his new target.
==Biography==
Kevin was born in Veronaville, December 25th 2032. His mother's name was Laura McHolmes
He graduated from Sim State University and moved from one town to another. He worked in three different hospitals in Veronaville, Ubrzville and Miniopolis.
Arriving at Pleasantview (formerly known as Sunset Valley), Kevin started his killing spree during the night time while working as paramedic during the day. He killed five people during his time at the town.
Kevin met Joanna at some point
▲He graduated from Sim State University and moved from one town to another. He worked in three different hospitals in Veronaville, Ubrzville and Miniopolis. Strangely enough, he only worked for six months in each hospital before finally moved to Pleasantview.
Later, when he killed his next victim, Joanna caught him. He attempted to kill but failed after someone caught him. Since then, he obsessed to kill his own girlfriend as he attacked her again in hospital--even though it ended up in failure. He acted like he would protect Joanna from "the killer" in order to getting close to her.
▲Kevin met Joanna at some point before the beginning of the story. The two begun to dating secretly, possibly because Kevin knew that Joanna was [[Fanon:Jean Redfield|his superior]]'s niece. When [[Fanon:Lily Redfield|Joanna's grandmother]] hospitalized, it was revealed that Joanna's father, [[Fanon:Enrico Delgado|Enrico]] had meet and talk to him several times. Joanna then decided to introduce him to her parents, hoping they would give them their blessing.
His secret identity finally exposed during his third attack thanks to Bryan's deduction.
