During his final stages of life, Leroy and his wife, Gladys, are being cared for by their daughter, Sylvia. One day in the late fall of some year, Leroy and his family visit Lawrence in [[Willow Creek]] for his anniversary party with Gladys. He is swiftly welcomed by his son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren. Lawrence even congratulates Leroy for a momentous occasion. After dinner, Leroy and Gladys are taken aside by their granddaughter, [[Fanon:Karissa Gallagher|Karissa]]. She explains that she is pregnant, despite only being a teenager, and asks how they reacted to Lawrence's situation. He lets Gladys explain that they were both furious with Lawrence, but they eventually forgave him. Gladys also mentions that Lawrence and Maggie should do the same.

On Harvestfest, Leroy receives a text from Karissa. She wishes him a Happy Harvestfest and explains that she had been kicked out of her house for getting pregnant. It's not known how this information affects Leroy's relationship with Lawrence.
