==Biography==
Lord GooGoo is the strangest celebrity in Bridgeport. He is the only living member of the Nottagerman family and lives in the hills of Bridgeport. Skilled in all the instruments the only thing he can't do is sing.
===Childhood===
Stephen Joe Angus Nottagerman, was born and raised in Sunset Valley, by his parents Chris and Mia. Chris and Mia were Music Talent Scouts in the music career and were keen for Stephen to follow in their footsteps. When he became a toddler they bought him a xylophone and he would spend hours of the day when he was not sleeping or eating plonking away on the xylophone. He soon became skilled in this and was soon able to play Elise Fur and Dumpty Humpty, he was a true virtuoso. When he aged up into a child his parents bought him a new set of clothes which he immediately customized to his liking. He attended the Community School for the Gifted and rode around everywhere on a bicycle. He didn't really fit in at school and was more focused on music.
So much so, he spent his teenage birthday with his parents and they sent him off to LeFromage Art School where he honed his music skills. He was always the best in the class and regularly achieved A grades. By the time he was halfway through his life as a teen he was already at the maximum level of all four instruments with his favourite instrument being the piano. He finished school with a degree, said goodbye to his parents and left with 5,000 simoleons in his pocket to conquer Bridgeport.
