Lyla and Vivienne had just WooHooed, so one of Lyla's moodlets were "Dangerously Tired". Lyla continued working out and died of exhaustion like Olive did. Her grave is in the yard next to Olive's, if Vivienne dies of old age before some unlikely fate causes Don (he moved in after Lyla died) to die, it means that Lyla would be buried between two of her ex lovers, but it will still be the same way with Don if he (unlikely) dies first as he and Lyla have Ariana together.
