Maria mader many friends at [[boarding school]], most notably her best friend [[Justine Keaton]]. They always hung out and hardly ever fought, but when both girls had a crush on [[Marty Keaton]] they began to fight alot. When Marty eventually asked Justine out, Maria physiclly attacked Justine. Maria got a week's detention at the school and was grounded by her parents for the weekend. Whilst grounded, Maria relized she had gotten over Marty and all this fighting was stupid. The next School day Maria appologized to Justine and the two became best friends again. Maria was soon asked out by [[Xander Clavell]], she was shocked and happily agreed. Maria and Xander went to prom together. Maria contuinued to have good grades in school to.Maria's life was great, but then she heard the news that her granddad had died. Maria was miserable for ages but soon learned except it. She graduated with great marks and went on to be a young-adult.
