'''Penny Lang''' grew up in the outskirts of the city of Bridgeport. She was pretty much an average child during her childhood, and nothing interesting really happened to her during that time period. She went through elementary and middle school with reasonable grades.
However, when she got to high school, she got the popularity craving. She constantly surrounded herself with friends, and was by far one of the most popular people at the school.
Unfortunately, her newfound popularity caused her marks to slip, except in the subject of cooking, in which she had a natural talent for.
===Adulthood===
Penny managed to go through school with reasonable marks. Fresh out of school, she decided to get a job at the local bistro. She managed to do well while working there, and managed to work up to a position as a chef's assistant.
While working there, she met the attractive young businessman [[Fanon:Charlie Lang|Charlie Lang]], and they quickly fell in love. Over time, they got married, and had their first and only child, [[Fanon:Hermione Lang|Hermione]]. By this stage, Penny was living with Charlie and they were considerably wealthy.
In the next few years, Penny managed to become one of the top chefs at the bistro, and achieved a level of international renown. As well as this, her daughter progressed very well at school.
However, when Hermione graduated and left the suburbs to move downtown, she grew apart from her parents, mostly because she fell into a life of crime, where she met the attractive vampire [[Wogan Hemlock]]. They fell in love, and this broke up his relationship with [[Morrigan Hemlock|his wife]].
Hermione left the city with Wogan to escape the shame of the "incident", and they never returned. Afterwards, Penny managed to maintain her successful career, but she still wished her daughter had not been seduced by the attractive vampire.
Penny died several years after her husband, Charlie. She is one of the few members of the family who did not die from a twist of fate.
