Not a lot is known about Rufus' early life. However, we know a bit.
====Baby & Toddlerhood====
As a baby he was neglected. He was only ever fed once every 2 days. He never noticed him being neglected until he was a [[child]].
====Childhood====
As a child he finally noticed he was being neglected. Every time he asked his parents about it they said 'Scram, kid. Before I hit you with this stick!' If he asked them after they smacked him with a ruler.
====Teenagehood====
When he became a teen he finally gained the courage to stick up to his parents. He was getting crappy grades, being bullied and had attempted suicide multiple times. He grabbed the same ruler from allm them years ago and ''WHACKED'' his father with it. He then ran up to his room and locked the door as he called social services. They took him away until he was 18, and ready to get a place for himself.

Now Rufus is a Young Adult, he moved to the town Brindleton Bay. He is trying to make friends and find love so his family name can carry on. He moved in the a new cottage called Dachshund’s Creek, and became really good friends with his neighbor, [[Justin Delgato]].
Now he has met Katherine Coughlin, who he accidently impregnated. They are going to try and keep the birth secret. He also met another person, Roxanne Winter, who moved next door to him. As soon as he saw her it was love at first sight.
