==Biography==
===Before joining the family===
How [[Lola Singles|Lola]] and [[Kristen Singles|Kristen]] ended up living in one house together, still remains one of the many mysteries in [[Strangetown]] to this day. The most probable theory is that they met through some government support program, as neither of them had any family or support system left (except from Lola's sister [[Chloe Singles|Chloe]], who was in the same boat as her). It is likely that they met [[Erin Singles|Erin Beaker]] here as well, and the four ladies were either placed in a household together or chose to live together. Although Lola and Kristen at first did not seem to relate much to one and another, they found common ground in their upbringing and losses. Lola never knew who her (human) [[Glarn Curious|birth father]] was, and only recently met her [[Pollination Tech 9 Smith|pollinating father]]. She grew up alone and ashamed of her [[alien|true nature]], with no one to relate to but her equally confused sister. Kim lost her [[Arty Loste|father]] at a very young age and recently lost the one person she had left in her life, her [[Daisy Loste|mother]] as well.
Because of that, Lola and Kristen developed a great friendship, enjoying their new house and supporting roommates. Slowly their house turned into a loving home and with their lives getting back on track, they realized that they wanted to be a real family all together, having a safe support system for each of the girls to fall back on to if needed. Lola and Kristen starting this conversation, thought long and hard on what was the best way to approach this. Caring about Chloe and Erin as well, they decided to let them join in their discussion. These two, also becoming great friends, think the idea is great and are even one step ahead; they suggest that marriage is the best -and easiest- way for the four ladies to go in order to become a family. At first Kristen and Lola are not sure, and reanalyze their relationship, wondering if they would be romantically interested in each other. They decide that even though there is love between them, they are not in love with each other and are more like family than anything else. The four ladies decide to go for it and Kristen proposes to Lola, while Chloe proposes to Erin. Both of them gladly accept. With them having barely any family left, their ceremony is small but effective, making them the family they never had.
When word got out that [[Fanon:Nikto Curious|another alien]] was born in the [[Fanon:Curious family|Curious household]], after no new births in [[Johnny Smith|over a decade]], and the last "real" [[Alien abduction|abduction baby]] being Lola and Chloe, as well as the new [[Fanon:Marsha Curious#Before joining the family|artificial pregnancy options]], both Lola and Chloe started to wonder what powers might be hiding in their bodies. Even though they were only "half-aliens", they had always known that they could do more than an average Sim. They opened up about this to Kristen and Erin, wondering if they would be interested in starting their own family, with their own children. Erin was immediately excited and totally open to whatever was needed foor Chloe to put a little creature inside of her. Kristen was hesitant at first, looking back at her own youth as well as not sure what this "thing" would possibly do for her body. Eventually Chloe succeeded and succesfully impregnated Erin. Kristen, seeing how both of them were glowing from happiness, then turned to Lola and agreed, but was still a little worried about her body. Lola suggested that, if she could make it work, she could carry the baby instead of Kristen. This is exactly what happened, when Lola's belly started growing the two were over the moon and started to plan the arrival of their child.
When Tessa was born, her cousin [[User_blog:DeSims/Strangetown_families.#Beaker_family|Derreck Beaker]] had arrived in their family just days before. They both shared their green skin, but Derreck carried his mother Chloe's bright red hair, while Tessa had Kristen's brown hair. As promised by their parents, their younger years were filled with happy and sweet memories. Tessa was taught all her [[toddler skill]]s by both Lola and Kristen, as well as put into a decent [[SimCity Academy|private school]], so she could have a better education and future than her moms had. Although Tessa knew it was uncommon to have two moms, and even more uncommon to have one that is green, she never really cared and therefore avoided a lot of the bullies around her, as Tessa wasn't "fun enough" to make fun of. She liked her cousin Derreck, but even though they had grown up together they never got really close, as it seemed like Derreck mostly just lived in his own little world of spacemen and stars. Tessa was social, but did not have a lot of friends, as she felt that most of them were just interested by how she looked, or just simply to boring for her to hang out with. She was a good student, but did not care to excel in any subjects and did not care about being an A+ student.
===Teenhood===
When growing up, and transfering into high school, she got news about two green boys joining school. Tessa pretended not to be interested at first, but her curiosity eventually got the best of her and this is how she met [[Fanon:Nikto Curious|Nikto]] and [[Fanon:Klatu Curious|Klatu Curious]]. Although she did think it was cool to meet anybody green outside of her family, she was way more invested by the third human Sim, running behind the two green boys. She later learned that this was their cousin [[Fanon:Lucifer Curious|Lucifer]] and immediately fell for his cute but slightly clumsy ways. Tessa does everything in her power to get into the same classes as Lucifer. When he still doesn't seem to notice her she even moves to the seat next to him in all their classes. Tessa, becoming incredibly desperate as the both are about to graduate, throws her pen on the floor and waits for Lucifer to pick it up for her. When he finally notices, he asks if she would like to go out sometime and she happily agrees. The two start to date and spend most of their late teens together.
===Adulthood===
After graduating high school, Tessa realized she would like nothing more than join the crazy [[Fanon:Curious family|Curious family]] she got so used to. Lucifer happily invites her to move in, and even though she is excited, Tessa leaves her mothers' house with a heavy heart. At the new house she meets Klatu's partner [[Fanon:Marsha Curious|Marsha]], who is very pregnant at that time, as well as Nikto's partner [[Fanon:River Curious|River]]. The three bond immediately, and for the first time Tessa feels that she really has friends that are not at all interested by the color of her skin. The three often joke around and call themselves ''The Curious' Wives''.
Tessa always enjoyed her relationship with Lucifer, as they never felt any pressure or need to move along faster than any of them were comfortable with. Imagine Tessa's surprise when the shy Lucifer popped the question, as both of them had never seriously brought up marriage. Lucifer admitted that he got the feeling he needed to ask because both his cousins were getting married and starting a family, and did not want Tessa to feel left out. Tessa, incredibly touched by Lucifer's clumsy but well intended proposal, accepted, but made sure that this was something Lucifer wanted as well and gave the condition that they should take some time before having their wedding so they can plan their future comfortably first.
Tessa knew that she wanted to start a family at some point, but felt like she was not ready for it right now. Her cousin Derreck got married and just had a [[User_blog:DeSims/Strangetown_families.#Beaker_family|baby girl]] named Cassey. Marsha gave birth to her first baby boy [[Fanon:Drew Curious|Drew]] and now even River [[Fanon:Sarah Curious|was expecting]]. Baby fever seemed to have been hitting town, but Tessa was avoiding it for as long as she could. Wanting to have a career, Tessa started a job in [[education]], with the hopes of one day representing all the little green girls (and boys) that felt like they did not belong in school and giving them a safe school experience. It appeared that Tessa was pretty good at her job, as she earned several promotions, and got notable support from different people in the education system. When she noticed that Marsha was struggling in her private life, and expressed to her how lonely she felt, Tessa suggested that Marsha might do great as a teacher as she has so much love to hand out to them. Tessa was excited about this at first, hoping it would rekindle their friendship that had watered down since Marsha had moved out with her family, but this did not seem to happen.
Finally, Tessa felt like marriage would be the right and next step to do. Lucifer, having been working on his career as well agreed, and the two had a beautiful ceremony celebrating their love. Their [[WooHoo|wedding night]] seemed very successful as well, as Tessa found out that she was [[pregnancy|pregnant]]. Lucifer and herself were over the moon to finally have their own experience of their family growing. Tessa's pregnancy brought the two even closer, and Lucifer was there for her every step of the way. She knew that Lucifer was worried with times, as his own experience of losing his [[Fanon:Crystal Curious|mother]] was still a painful memory, but she reassured him that everything would be fine as both the baby and Tessa are as healthy as can be. Imagine both of their surprise when Tessa gave birth to not one but two baby boys! [[Fanon:Lucas Curious|Lucas]] and [[Fanon:Joshua Curious|Joshua Curious]] - born in that order- were beautiful and healthy, and just as Tessa predicted she was doing great as well. They seemed to be an almost exact copy of Lucifer, much to Tessa's joy, as her father-in-law had told her many times how much Lucifer looked like his mother Crystal. She hoped that this would calm Lucifer, and show how his mother still is living on in all of them.
Her mothers Lola and Kristen adored the two boys, and growing older Tessa realized that they don't have as much time left as they all hoped for. The twins do not even reach toddlerhood before both of them are found dead, peacefully in their beds as if they were sleeping. Saddened, Tessa focuses her love and energy on teaching the boys their [[toddler skill]]s, as well as focusing back on her career. She does extremely well, and becomes the Minister of Education, fulfilling her [[lifetime want]], as well as her lifelong dream of helping all kinds of children. Tessa and Lucifer put their boys in the same [[SimCity Academy|private school]] where they met, and encourage them to think about [[college]], to expand their knowledge even more.
===Elderhood===
When Tessa's bones finally start to crack a little louder than normal, she decides to retire, and leave helping the children to a new and fresh generation of adults. Lucifer is slightly surprised by this as he did not think Tessa would give up her passion that fast, but she reassures him that she did everything he can and now it is up to the younger people to continue her work. They sent of their twins to college and enjoy their time together after many years of twin-chaos. When Nikto and River move out and move in with Marsha and Klatu, Tessa realizes that they too should be leaving the home for the young Curious generation to create their own families. When Marsha offers them a place as well, Tessa is hesitant at first, reflecting on their friendship and how it has changed over the years. Lucifer, excited to be living with his cousins again, convinces her and tells her that she can always enjoy her time with River.
Tessa is in tears when attending her twin boys graduation ceremony. Not only did they have the opportunity to a great education, they graduated Cum Laude! On top of that, both boys announce that they are engaged to college girlfriends [[Fanon:Camryn Curious|Camryn]] and [[Fanon:Tiffany Curious|Tiffany]]. She tells them to take their time and take things slow just like their father and herself did, but both twins marry their partners not long after graduating. Tessa is incredibly happy for Lucas and Camryn, as they seem terribly in love, but has their doubts about Joshua and Tiffany. Even though she doesn't have a valid reason, something about Tiffany does not seem right to her. But for the sake of her son's happiness she keeps this to herself and enjoys their luck.
Both ladies announce their pregnancy short after one and another. Tessa, excited to be a grandmother and even more excited for her sons to become fathers. She meets her granddaughter [[Fanon:Deena Curious|Deena]] and grandson [[Fanon:Vin Curious|Vin]] and adores both of them. Not long after this she finds Lucifer in his chair, deceased but with a content smile on his face. This breaks Tessa's heart and does a great deal on her health as well. She dies just after hearing that Joshua and Tiffany expect their [[Fanon:Harper Curious|second child]].
