Trent was born in the middle-class part of [[Bridgeport]] to Joe Stratercaster, a Conductor and Emily Stratercaster, a stay-at-home mom who was laid off from her job as a Neurosurgeon. When he was 6 years old, his father bought him a guitar and he began to learn how to play from his father and celebrity sims such as [[Matthew Hamming]] and [[Tom Wordy]]. His young virtuoso intentions would take a wide turn during his teenage life.
