Tybalt had a troubled childhood punctuated by angry outbursts and temper tantrums, resulting in his growing up badly twice despite nothing terribly bad happening to him during the Toddler or Child life stages. His academic performance fell significantly following his parents' deaths, but he has since managed, with much work, to regain a reasonable grade point average.
 
Following the deaths of his parents, he and two sisters lived with their grandfather, [[Fanon: Consort Capp (SnarkbotAnya)|Consort Capp]], so that he can better educate Tybalt's sister [[Fanon: Juliette Capp (SnarkbotAnya)|Juliette]] in how to be an effective head of the Capp family. Though academic performance fell significantly in the period after his parents' deaths, he managed over the course of his high school career to rebuild his grade point average, and graduated with a solid B.
Tybalt is generally disliked by both of his sisters, but the feeling is not mutual. He would do anything to protect them from any danger. Since Tybalt knows of the Monty family's place in the Veronaville mob, he is very distrustful of Juliette's relationship with [[Fanon: Romeo Monty (SnarkbotAnya)|Romeo Monty]], and has often tried to discourage Juliette from continuing the relationship. Sometimes his attempts to break them up escalate into physical violence, whether between Tybalt and Romeo or between Tybalt and Romeo's brother [[Fanon: Mercutio Monty (SnarkbotAnya)|Mercutio]]. So far, all of these altercations have gone in Tybalt's favor, but Juliette refuses to leave Romeo and his obvous hatred of her boyfriend has become a major strain on their relationship.
 
Tybalt has known of the Monty family's position in the Veronaville mob since he was a young teen, and always distrusted his sister's relationship with [[Fanon: Romeo Monty (SnarkbotAnya)|Romeo Monty]]. When they were teens, his pleas for Juliette to leave Romeo largely went unanswered; however, it seems that since they've grown up, Juliette has less of an overly-romanticized view of her first love. Tybalt suspects that she may have caught Romeo cheating on her, or at least attempting to do so.
Tybalt has a crush on [[Fanon: Rosaline Ulett|Rosaline Ulett]], who has shown signs of reciprocation and even gone out with him once. He intends to ask her to officially be his girlfriend on their next date.
 
Tybalt currently works with the Veronaville Police Department, hoping to fight the Monty crime family on the streets. In his spare time, he and his wife host parties for the Veronaville social elite and spend time with their twins.

*I had to fix the family tree to make it show Tybalt as the eldest child; when the game first loads, he is shown as the middle child after Juliette.
