==Description==
White Birches is a large but compact property in a similar style to others in its neighbourhood.
Upon entering the hallway through the front door, there are two doors to the left and to the right, with the staircase straight ahead. The first door to the left is the sitting room, which contains a fireplace, TV and enough comfortable seating for the family and guests. An opening leads through to the library, which can also be accessed through the entrance hall. The library contains several bookshelves, a piano and an easel.
The first door to the right leads off the entrance hall into the dining room. The dining room contains a large table with chairs, a dresser and several artworks. All family meals are taken in the dining room. An opening leads into the kitchen, which can also be accessed through the entrance hall. The kitchen contains all the usual appliances, plus counter space. From the kitchen, a door leads to the utility room, which takes the form of a single-storey offshoot to the rear of the main house. The utility room contains a washing machine and dryer.
