With no badge, the Sim has a high risk of failure. He or she can only create a Bouquet of Daisies.

There is a lower risk of failure with a Bronze Badge. Sims can create Wildflower Bouquets and Tulip Bouquets along with the Bouquet of Daisies.

The risk of failure is even lower with a Silver Badge. A Sim can create Rose Bouquets and Mixed Flower Bouquets.
