So it's XBOX Sims 3 all of my games it won't let me sigh into the exchange or make an account for it. when it sign it it says wrong pass word when i make knew it says username taken

the 2ed glitch is i got my sim Erik Murrik to marry the girl next door Alia Zhang, but and she got her last name changed to Alia Murrik, it says they are married, but she won't move in and still lives next door, and won't come over to his house after 10. she doesn't have kids i have to move in with her or anything and if i try to move my family to a new house she won't be in the option to move with them.

How do i fix these glitches? i've been told to open options and go to a ... menu for the 2ed glitch but i don't have that
