I have applied for affiliation but not a chance to get it through due to whomever the leader of the area has not looked at the request(s) in quite sometime. I ask the community to re-read the process on the matter and or assign someone who has the ability to now and then check on this area. Since I have re-branded my original name and URL addresss, to The Sims Project Wiki and please let me know here or on my talk page. This can be said for others who have waited longer than I have and those who want to be affiliates to this site. But alas, noone is taking the incitive to take control of this matter. The whole affiliation process has been in a black spot for some time now. Naturally it's become determined by the discretion of the admin that sees the request, though it's not very often we get an affiliation request. In fact, the last affiliation I remember us approving was with the [[w:c:spore|Spore Wiki]] and that was done via a community discussion iirc (it's in the Community Portal talk page archives somewhere but I can't find it).

It's honestly not a big deal - if users are okay with affiliating with another site related to the series, be that a wiki or not, then what harm is there? {{LabSig}} 01:08, September 5, 2013 (UTC)
