The Sims 3 University Life: The movie poster, directly next to the front doors, looks like a reference to the first Marvel's Iron Man poster.

The Sims Medieval: The Healing Spell Icon for the  Mage hero class looks alike  the Specialisation Spirithealer Icon from Dragon Age Origins
