Spontaneous human combustion does not happen in real life, it's an urban legend. However, it does happen in The Sims 1. I believe there is a tiny chance of it happening when a Sim comes home from work: I've also heard that due to a bug the flames may not appear and it will look like the Sim has just randomly dropped dead. --[[User:Anotherpongo|Anoz]] 09:35, January 30, 2011 (UTC) |

when i was looking through some articles on this wiki, under the "types of death" category, i saw this:
Fire: If a Sim is on fire for a period of time, he/she will die. It is also possible for a Sim to randomly burst into flames via spontaneous combustion, though that is VERY uncommon.
what i want to know is, how uncommon is it? has it ever happened to you? is there a mod to make it happen more often?

Spontaneous human combustion does not happen in real life, it's an urban legend. However, it does happen in The Sims 1.
