It's not the same Gunther technically - TS3 will never lead to an exact copy of the TS1\TS2 plot due to all the stuff who is in TS3 EPs but not TS1 and TS2. But i guess he just cut his hair when he became an Elder and started wearing glasses. Also he may have the same face but it looks different because TS3 has the pudding thing. But yeah, TS1\2 Gunther has black hair and diff. lips than the TS3 version.
