:Can you provide screenshots of what your launcher/game look like based on the problems you're describing? Also, are you able to post your PC's specs (CPU, RAM and GPU)? I have a feeling you may not have enough RAM to run the game and may possibly be using a GPU, that being an AMD APU, Intel HD Graphics or something else that lacks dedicated memory and is using system RAM.
