Ok when we 1st got the game we installed it to our laptop and it looked GREAT. Well out laptop broke and now we installed it on our desktop and the outline of the sims looks pix-elated and when we look in the mirrors there no reflextion just gray. How can i fix all this, we use windows vista. Please help me ive been wanting to play my game but can stand the pix-elation.'

The graphics card on your desktop may not be as good as the one on your laptop. Are you running the game in high quality mode on the laptop and the desktop? GEORGIEGIBBONS talk contributions 19:39, November 16, 2010 (UTC)
