I'm having problems getting Sims 3 to start up and according to the internet, it is recommended to delete a file named downloadedsims.index
I'm having problems getting Sims 3 to start up and according to the internet, it is recommended to delete a file named downloadedsims.index and I would do that right away if it doesn't mean losing all CC with it, but I'm not sure what it will do and I can't find the answer anywhere.

I'm having problems getting Sims 3 to start up and according to the internet, it is recommended to delete a file named downloadedsims.index and I would do that right away if it doesn't mean losing all CC with it, but I'm not sure what it will do and I can't find the answer anywhere.
