Because in The Sims 2, Pleasantview is described as a neighborhood and Sunset Valley is supposed to be the old Pleasantview...What do you think about it ? :::That's true. In [[The Sims 2]], they did function more as neighborhoods of a larger purported [[SimCity]], per the biographies of Pleasantview and Arbor Falls. However, I also think we can view these places as being apart of SimCity's [[wikipedia:metropolitan area|metropolitan]] area. If they're apart of SimCity's metro area, then they would still be functioning cities within their right but still have some geographical allegiance to SimCity proper.
