Example: "Sims" is mentioned several times in an article. Does the word need to link back to the article for Sim all the time, or is the first mention linked just enough?

I feel like I should link back for consistency's sake, but 1)I haven't really seen stuff like that enforced in the examples of the martial arts and Shang Simla pages, and 2)It's kind of messy. I checked the Style Guide and there doesn't seem to be anything mentioned about this unless I missed something.

I know this doesn't matter that much, but thoughts?
