:::Well we don't want to disappoint the users that voted for the nominations to be featured and by extension the users that made the nominations now do we? As far as I can see, a battle should only really not be featured if no one has voted for the battle to be featured. And as long as we have at least 2 votes per battle, I don't see why we can't just get these nominations out of the way and then retire the battles then. Of course, we could always retire the battles but leave the current nominations where they are until there's a popular demand for the battles again, or something.
