A while ago I made a Sim who is self-employed as a daycare worker. I played on her for a few days (in real time) and now I want to play on some other households. If I switch to a different household will the daycare Sim still look after the kids, or will the kids stop coming until I play on that household again? Would changing the level of Free Will help? Although I don't have the game, I assume that the daycare worker will still tend to the kids, seeing as you have story progression on and I don't think Free will has anything to do with that. I personally don't know the awnser to that question. I wish I could but my game's kinda glitchy. I mean I have The Sims 3:Generations but I don't really have many daycare workers. But, If I do figure out the awnser to your question, then I'll definitely tell you.
