I saw a ghost driving a car, I have no controllable ghosts yet so I paused to look at his name. It said it was Sloppy Jalopy, but I didnt know if it was the car name or something cause I dont really care bout the cars. So Im curious, is this a weird ghost named Sloppy Jalopy or a random ghost in a car? |

This is just some weird thing that doesn't affect your game. This happens to me too, but the bright side is that you can watch ghosts drive to empty lots and disappear...it's entertaining. XD |

As for the Sloppy Jalopy thing, that's the name of a car in TS3. To see the name of the ghost, you have to zoom in at a certain angle inside the car, which can be tricky. I saw a ghost driving a car, I have no controllable ghosts yet so I paused to look at his name.
