We already have a pretty good idea of how worlds and neighborhoods work in ''The Sims 4'', so I don't think this requires us waiting until the game release. [[Oasis Springs]] and [[Willow Creek]] are worlds, and both of them have smaller neighborhoods with up to five lots in each neighborhood.
