I also do agree with the idea of sims3 life stories (like sims2 life stories I believe) but you could creat the story kinda as you go (like you can pick the story like like ---- is in love with----- but there family are in a constant feud ( so u you create the people) ect) or it could be just like or close to how sims2 life stories went!

I also agree with the sims3 superhero expansion idea! except with more unique powers like -controls the elements

-force fields and invisibility
-controls weather ect.!!
