Hi there, I would really like for two of my sims to have another child but the game is saying that the female's "household has too many sims for her to become pregnant right now." They have five children, 2 schoolage, 1 toddler and twin infants, I understand that's quite a number but I have been searching the net tonight and I keep finding things that make reference to 8 sims. I don't know if something has changed or if I've messed it up somehow, or if there's some unfortunate glitch I need to fix.

Please let me know what to do.

Is it possible that your female sim is already pregnant. How long has it been since they last tried for a baby?
